OSG seeking cancellation of Joseph Sy’s birth certificate – PSA

MANILA, Philippines— The Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) has petitioned for the cancellation of the birth certificate of mining tycoon Joseph Sy amid allegations that he falsified  his Filipino citizenship.
