California family’s 6,625-acre ranch is now protected forever

The Kinsey family has strategically safeguarded their vast 6,625-acre ranch in Benbow, California, by implementing a conservation easement. This crucial step preserves the land's agricultural, forest, and wildlife values, ensuring the ranch's ongoing functionality while protecting vital habitats for endangered species. David Johnson, a family member, was instrumental in this initiative, with the Northcoast Regional Land Trust planning to acknowledge their dedication to conservation this coming October.
